Not Receiving Admin Notification Emails

Hopefully, the following information will be of some help – I am stumped
Sorry it is so long, but I tried everything I could think of.

   SMF version 2.0 Beta 4 (Upgraded from 1.1.7)
   Theme: Energy
   Webmaster Email and Admin Email are set to account default
   I am only administrator / moderator
   There are no errors in logs
   Website Hosted by Godaddy (Linux Server)
   Receive forum announcements and important notifications by email is CHECKED

Not Working:

Admin:
Paid Subscription Notices (Extremely Important)
Account Deletion Request
Weekly Notification Summary
Daily Notification Summary

Working as intended:

End User:
Birthday Notice
Paid Subscription Expiring Notice
Registration Activation

Admin:
New User Approvals
Profile > Send Email Link
Post Reply Notification
Moderation Requests Notification
      PM Email Notification

Items Tested:
   Mail Send Type:
SMTP (2 Different SMTP Relays)
PHP Default

   Different Email Accounts for Admin (Gmail, POP, HTTP)
   
   Different Themes including Default SWF

   Verified "$webmaster_email =" in Settings.php is correct

   Queuing – On and Off Tested

A note about queuing:

      When I try and Queue emails using "Run Now" option in "Scheduled Tasks"  (Approval Notifications, Daily Notification Summary, Weekly Notification Summary, Send Birthday Emails), only the Birthday email queues

   Testemail.php (7 emails one) All emails received but with errors:

Is email itself a problem?

invalid UTF-8 string

have you tried with default "english" language? I think this is an issue with your language files..

Ok -
Everything is working except:
Admin Notification on Paid Subscription Expire.
I even added another email account to send to.
The Task is ENABLED and set to send every 24 hrs.

Manually Expiring a Subscription and Manually running task does NOT queue any emails for Admin, only user.

Is anyone else have a problem recieving thes emails?
Is everyone else NOT having a problem receiving these emails?

Well I just installed a Complete NEW install of SMF 2.0 b4 and immediately tested the Paid Subscription Admin Notification and It did NOT work.

Now What?

How do you know if these are working or not?

Especially the first one unless you have members who already subscribed and their subscription is expiring soon. I don't think it sends out an email to you saying that you were just sent Payment. That should come from Paypal.

Account Deletion - I don't even see this option listed....

For the other two notifications, unless you have notifications enabled and have updated them by replying to those topics you subscribed to, you will not be getting any email.

we are having a issue with rc5 with no daily messages i am getting new member join alerts A new member has joined but i can;t sceem to get a daily notification after i created a account and had it subscribe to be notified of all the topics
