Well, as the subject implies, I want to upgrade from 1.1.7 to 2.0.4.   I went to the Upgrading SMF doc, and followed all the steps correctly (I doubled checked), and I keep getting the following error:

The upgrader found some old or outdated files.

Please make certain you uploaded the new versions of all the files included in the package.

So, I don't know what's wrong.   I even tried starting a new installation of SMF and trying that, but I keep getting the error no matter what.

Download the 2.0 Beta 4 "large upgrade" package, extract the files to your computer and upload them to your forum directory, completely overwriting all of the existing files.

I've already tried that.

Upgrade SMF

I've already tried that, also.   I just keep getting that message.   I don't get it.

Fantastico installs SMF with other languages aswell. Just keep the once you need, delete rest all and than carry out the upgrade process with the latest files.

@I JaR oF JaM I - did you finish the upgrade?  Is this issue solved or do you still require assistance?
