XS Orbit import

Hi again Jim , not quite out of the woods yet , but so close.......
The database has uploaded , but looks like a "mongrel" version of the old board - themes etc . The worst thing is that i cant log on , or see the admin button.
Do I need to run an upgrade or integration module ?
