Email notice for replies

One of my members will only bother to check the posts if he gets an email telling him that someone's replied to him.

I was wondering if someone might be able to write an optional feature like this?

There is already the option to turn on notice, it is called notify....
Tell him to go to his/her profile -> Notifications and Email -> Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic.
