I'm using the Shop Mod as a Money Game, where people can buy and sell stuff for profit or loss, using the "Random Money" item with the mod.

I like the Casino Mod also, but it doesn't seem to have the same type of features as the Shop Mod.

  Is there a way to integrate the two, so they both share the same money/credit system?

  Can some features from the Shop Mod be added to the Casino Mod?

  Is there going to be any integration with SMF Arcade, SMF Quiz, SMF Prediction League (coming soon), and any other mods ?

Maybe a better name for this mod now might be "SMF Money"

This mod is amazing! Thanks a lot for doing it....

I am using the SMFshop mod like dwd2000 for about one year and i have done a lot of changes, etc... I am interested to for "integrate the two, so they both share the same money/credit system" is it posible or will it be posible in the future?

            +set money upon registration
            +set points per topic/post/word/character, point limit
            +set bank interest, fee, min/max deposit/withdraw, min/max bet
            +set currency prefix, surfix
            +change user's cash, inventory
            +update/enable/disable/delete items
   -A new row to show user's money in the Post section.


But I only have smf 1.1.8 so I can´t use it.
Please, tell us. Can we have hope about a version for us ?

Suggestions:

Admin needs to be able to change prices, names for items, as well as add items.

Investment items - This may take some work, because my idea is to have a random daily interest rate (maybe -5% to +5%) where the actual value changes - both before it has been bought and when in member's inventory. The idea of buying low - selling high.

Overall, a very nice mod with a lot of potential.

like -

1. when 1 user send a gift another user then reciver should get a notification,

2. in gift page it should mention that which iteams i bought my self and which iteams sent by others and who sent them ;

3. and an information mod like - whats going on the casino (who played what/who sent give to whom/like this..show in main page).....

Sorry, I didn't have time to answer your questions earlier  So now it is:
- Sharing the same money system? Maybe I'll make it as an option
- Features from Shop Mod? I won't copycat  I will make better versions. I have a lot of ideas now, just need time
- Any integrations with other Mods? If appropriate! But I will keep my mod original 
- Right now, there is no  but in the future? maybe, this mod has a long way to go anyway

Next release: I'm considering to put an Auction system, members can do things like on Ebay. It's connected directly to the shop. So I will put an option in the shop to add new item. And also put some more statistics to see who's the best seller, or plays the most games in casino. What do you think?

    k's I have a question to, robbie tells me that when we post?  Part of our credit goes into
our regular bank, and part goes into the casino bank for us?  Well there is a problem with that,
I don't gamble, and have no desire to, and don't want any of my "posting" credit to go into the
casino bank, I'm sure some members will feel the same way, so how do we solve that problem?

  if I remember, there is only one bank in my mod 

when you post something, the money goes to your pocket, and it stays there.

from your pocket, you can use money to play game, or deposit to the bank to earn interest. 

@robbie: you can buy items from shop and send it as gift

Hemmm lol maybe robbie did something wrong then...  $340923 credits, that's my pocket
credits, yet when robbie had me check the casino for him and i bet $600.00 the casino said i didn't
have enough credit?  So I questioned robbie    whom then told me  that you can't use your
regular pocket bank credit, that to gamble you had to use money from posting, which would be split
part to our regular pocket banking, and part to our casino bank...     erm robbie?  I think someone
made a boo boo?

When I click on ...  say that nice little fish ( the blue one,  the one thats moving )  k?  I click on it and then hit the buy button at the bottom k?    well...  I dont see the fish anywhere  I have no fish

      k seriously when I check the correct box for the fish then click buy at the bottom no fish appears in my inverntory ( what am I doing wrong akaiphan9x  ) thank you.

The money hotchildxox is talking about is the shop and casino and the way that it does not share the same monies...  is there a way to make it so that they share the same money,  where as,  what you have in the shop bank makes its way across to the casino bank?

it was just that you didn't put the quantity you wanna buy in front of the checkbox

if you wanna buy 1, then put 1, buy two, put 2 

I think people are gonna buy a lot of these stuff, so I put a check box there

Do you think I should just change the blank and the checkbox to a simple link like 'Buy'  ?

  right now your post credit goes to both bank, if you earn 200 through posting, you will get plus 200 in regular bank and also in casino bank  don't chase robbie for money yet  I will fix it in the next release

yep I think it would be better if you removed the blank and just had a link to buy the item as I didnt know how to buy an item as it wasnt made clear till you just told me,  so I dont know how members would figure it out ( although our members are more intelligent than I am  )
