Post moderation problem

Hello guys, thanks for taking the time to help 
I installed everything correctly, people need approval before being able to make a post... so that´s working, and I even get an email with the list of things that need approval... my problem is, I can´t figure out how to approve any of the comments that people made! I´ve been trying for the last 3 hours, really not sure what the problem is...  where do I click?? is there some kind of list, or icon? .... Any help is appreciated immensely, thank you!

Theres several ways.

Moderate tab >
there are three different links in there for unapproved posts, topics and unapproved attachments.
There should be an approve link with each of them.

Inside each unapproved post there should also be an approve link/button.
Unapproved attachments should also have the means to approve inside

If you have have quick moderation checkboxes enabled, then you can also check unapproved topics, and use the 'approve' option from the dropdown boxes.

Under the security and moderation menu there are only two tabs, one for general, and one for antispam... I don´t know what happened to the moderation tab, although i`m pretty sure there used to be one,  as for the approve link button inside each post, I don´t see one at all... could this be a bug? How do I enable the quick moderation checkboxes?  thank you

Are you using a custom theme? If yes, would you check if it is okay in SMF Default Theme - Core?

Do you see the (!) indicator next to boards you've set to approval?

As for checkboxes, that is controlled in your user control panel.
