add a karma required field [SMF1.1.8]

I want to add a karma required field when user want to change other user's karma so

that karma can be changed only by adim(user can't change karma but can require to

change karma.it looks like action=reporttm

Is it a mod or just some code?

I'm not sure what you mean by a karma required field, but if you just want administrators to be able to change their karma, we can edit the code to do that.

What i mean is:

When user report: hit "report to moderator"------->report required field

when user applaud karma: hit "appaud"-------->karma required field

when user applaud karma: hit "appaud"-------->karma required field

is what i need.It looks like

There is a mod called Karma Description. Although it says that it doesn't support SMF 1.1 versions, version 2.3.1 should be working with your version. Alternatively I can suggest Advanced Reputation System which is similar to what you are looking for. Otherwise, you have to make a request in Mod Requests board.
