Missing avatars after upgrade

Hello!
I've upgraded SMF from 2.0 beta 4 to the new rc1-1 but... smf doesn't show avatars!! Files are still in the attachments directory but they seems missing....

EDIT: Another problem.. if I try to visit a topic/post I receive this error:
Unknown column 'a.file_hash' in 'field list'
File: /home/rock123/public_html/forum/Sources/Display.php
Line: 892

thats why im still not upgrading my smf 2.0rc1,. maybe i got some errors.. the hardwork installing mods.. geeh it give lots of patience doing permissions for every mods

I've tried to run updateDatabase.php but I receive this error:
Notice: Undefined index: forumprofile in /home/rock123/public_html/forum/Sources/Subs.php on line 3808

Help me..

I've reuploaded the old Subs.php and now I can view topics/posts but I still can't run updateDatabase.php, it's blank...

Update: now the alignment is fixed, but the second problem (http://img40.imageshack.us/img40/8092/smf2.png) still remains..
