When I click on reply or modify post I get "?>" at the very top of the site

When I click on reply or modify post I get "?>" at the very top of the site. It only happens when dealing with replies, modify posts, new topics. but a "?>" appears at the very top of my site screen above the logo and everything.

I fixed it. It was my post.english.php the "?>" was on the same last line with the smiley limit mod line. I guess they didn't add a space on the install file.
