problem with "awards mod"

I have a problem with "awards mod"...the title of award not show with arabic-utf8it show some ( ?) I don't know what the problem..... ??& the description  & any words of this mod is writing as the same ( )[/]

The mod wasn't designed with UTF-8 in mind, I believe.

Can you access the database using phpMyAdmin? This is because you'll end up having to modify the table to use UTF-8 yourself; this will require phpMyAdmin.
