Table './todoileg_smftodo/smf_sessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired

what can i do to fix it?

What is phpMyAdmin?

1) Go into your phpMyAdmin (Found into your hosting panel on most hosts)
2) Login with your database username and password
3) Click on your database
4) Find table smf_sessions and [check] it
5) Scroll to the bottom of the page and you should find a box that says "With Selected" > Than Choose "Repair Table"

That looks like thats wrong table your trying to repair. The table name should be smf_sessions not a backup table. ;)

I cant tell you exactly what happened but crashes can be caused by several things.

For example an unstable operating system on which Mysql is installed could possibly cause a crash a table or it could even be that the hardware had issues or it could be something simple like a power failure at your hosts data center.
