UIAR - (Un)Install Auto Redirect

- For SMF 1.1.x and SMF 2.0.x
- Fully hook, no file modification for SMF 2.0.x.

1. Please do your own backup though every installation is backed up automatically.
2. You will be directed to the mod settings page immediately after this mod's installation.
3. There, you will have the option to turn this mod on or off.
4. If enabled, this mods allow immediate redirection after you (un)installed a mod package.
5. It will countdown 3 seconds before you are redirected to the package manager page.
6. This may be useful if you need to install or uninstall plenty of mods quickly.
7. However, do note that some mods may already fixed theier own redirection.
8. In that case, you may want to disable this mod instead of unstalling it.
9. You can test it in lower SMF version too as it should work just fine.
