After trying install Ajax Shout! ( 500 Internal Server Error )

after trying to install AJAX shout through admin panel ( package manager )

The site/host went down and ive been getting this error message ever since i tried to install AJAx through admin panel

500 Internal Server Error, Iam using SMF 2.0 RC 1.2

And here are the error logs

Anyone help????

Ive downloaded a backup and going to re upload all the files in public_html from backup.

Do you think this will solve the 500 error message?, I hope someone can help me has its a very large reptile community and no one can gain access.

I hope someone can help fix this, and id be very greatfull if someone could put some spare time towards fixing this forums.

Please don't bump your topics within 24 hours, we're all volunteers.

If your host doesn't understand the error, you should probably look at changing hosts, as this something you should expect them to know. Sometimes this 'error' is not actually an error, but a security precaution. Try chmoding the relevant files to 755. This will mean only your user account is able to modify the file. See: How do I chmod? / what is chmod?
