I have installed the theme for 2.0x.. but everything shows white.. What has to be done?

I do have a question.  I see that there are about 4 links in addition to the copyright. I'm free to remove these 4 links if I wish, correct?

can remove = Smfyoo , Smfgrup ,Sgt,Smftema İmages And Links
