cannot view boards and posts after upgrading forum

Hello, I just upgraded my forum from 1.1.10 to 2.0 rc1.2 and i cant view my boards and posts again. Prior to the upgrade  I had seo4smf installed, now when i try viewing a board or post i get the error
Fatal error: Call to undefined function db_query() in /home/naijalof/public_html/seo4smf-redirect.php on line 60 and i also noticed that all my links get redirected through seo4smf. Please does anyone know a solution to this problem could it be from the .htaccess file

Yes, it may be from the .htaccess. Perhaps it would be better if you remove it (or otherwise disable it, like renaming it old.htaccess or anything.
