Block PM on the first day

hi, recently we had an issue like some spammer sent PMs to members advertising a site. I have seen admins set post limit for PMs which in turn see spam posts by spammer to reach the minimum post limit. Some simply block PM, but is there any way that PM can be disabled for first day ?

not by default, but you can remove the ability for them to pm until they get to a certain post count.

Like to PM, you need to be a member of a certain group ? Thanks.

that could be done you would need to create a group that is requestable with the permissions you want, but then even the 0 post person could join the group.
