I have looked at your site. Is the attachments directory htaccess protected?

How do I check for it and correct the issue?

You can check via ftp.

The reason I ask is that new attachments are showing but old attachments are not.

If you like you can PM me ftp login info and I can look into this further.

Also when you login into ftp please verify the image files for the attachments in question are still present on the server in the attachments folder.
