1:1 private forum like vbulletin?

Hi
we have a vbulletin in our website. in vbulletin we are able to set up a private forum in a way that
Users can post a topic and see moderators reply to his question
but they can not see other users topics .
One to One forum.

In Vbulletin permission section
Can View Thread Content  is set to YES
Can View Others' Threads   is set to NO

How can we acheive this with SMF?
