Add BCC to SMF e-mail system

Can someone tell me how I can add BCC addresses to e-mails sent via the SMF (2.0 RC-2) e-mail system. I use this for support on my forum but of course I have no record of mails sent. I want to BCC the mails I send to a googlemail account for archiving and referencing purposes.

Can I add a BCC just for admins to use though I suspect it could be useful for members too.

I have searched for a mod and other help articles but they all seem to be based around SMF 1.x.xx

I've looked at the subs-post.php file but cannot see and easy way to add the code.
