who template error

When I click users on line I get this. http://36thid.info/index.php?action=who

What do I do?

How did that happen? Were you installing a mod or something? Anyway you will have to either load a clean copy via ftp, or download the current file and check it to see where the error is.

I have no Idea what I did but taking a copy of the who and replacing it worked.
