questions about upgrading to 2.0

What will change from my current version exactly?

is it just a simple upgrade or is it more complex than that? Just open the zip in my in my packages link, apply it and it converts over or do I have to make many more changes?

will all my members and posts transfer over?

Will all my mods transfer over, or do I have to replace them with ones compatible with 2.0?

for a site with about 400 members, has 2.0 been stable enough to handle a very busy site or are there issues regarding the beta's stability?

It is not a simple upgrade in the context that you can do it via the Package Manager like with minor updates. Anyway, have a look here:
