1.10 database to 2.0rc2

I converted 1.10 to 2.0rc2 backedup  the table structure and table data, after importing it in to a new install of 2.0rc2 the table data is missing, no members either, what could of went wrong?

Look at the MySQL database of your new forum installation. Make sure the one set in SMF settings and the one which you have imported are the same (database names match).
If the MySQL database supposed to contain your forum is empty then look up the backup you took and import that to the database.

When installing SMF it isn't supposed to erase your current data in the database. When installing did you get a notice saying that SMF installer already found some stuff and that you'll keep it?

1.10 i converted to 2.0rc2 works perfect, DB is the same names on both no error when converting 1.10

i upgraded server all ok i uninstalled all mods before upgrade re installed mods for 2.0RC2 working perfect for now
