search and url link error

[VAforum]

1. I am getting this error when I click on search button to search for forum resources

Fatal error: Call to undefined function load_boarddescriptions() in
----------------------------/Sources/Search.php on line 130

2. Every post with a URL link is showing 2(double) http instead of one, thereby making the url link useless
Example: http://www.simplemachines.org     is showing as

http://http://www.simplemachines.org
