about the register page

how do i or where is the file toward the registering page?
for example:
i want to modify on the register page: the text username,email,allow user to email you etc to something else or adding something else to it

i wanna do this because im using language drop down on my forum
i've tested, when registering a new id, when selected a language other than the default, it works
but after accepted to the agreement it goes back to the default language
so i wanna modify it so it will display both languages on the register page

btw is there a way to modify so the new line im adding is right under the original one?

Themes/default/Register.template.php has the user interface itself, Sources/Register.php handles the processing of it. Isn't a particularly easy edit IIRC.

wat if i setted the default language that's non-english? should i go to the language file to modify?(cuz on the register.template.php it shows on english)
also im using a custom theme will it work also?
