how can I hide the url address in hot link in message body

what I have now is:

click here to read bulletin
http://www.sample.com/bulletin1.pdf
or
download the attached file (see below) and read later


what I prefer is:

click here to read bulletin
  or
  download the attached file (see below) and read laterand of course, the line = click here to read bulletin = the link to page ::)

still ok if they see the URL when they point to link
(ie URL NOT a secret - just UGLY in message body)

how might I do this? ???
