Hiding sections from topic view

I tried searching but I'm not sure how to word this to search. I want to disable or remove certain sections from the topic view from someone's user info...if that makes sense. I mean the little box that has the user's name, their post count, etc. I want to disable certain things like personal text, the contact buttons and other things.

Go to Admin > Configuration > Current Theme and look at Theme Options and Preferences where the second from last section has these options:

Show last modification date on modified posts
Show view profile button under post
Show user avatars in message view
Show personal text in message view
Show gender images in message view
Hide post group titles for grouped members
