Randomly missing cache files

I have no idea what may be causing this. It happens randomly, not all the time. Anyone have any ideas? I would appreciate the help. If you need any more information let me know.

I'm using SMF 2.0 RC3.

I've also cleared out the cache using the tool under forum maint. in the admin area and still experience this problem.

Try clearing your file cache in Admin > Maintenance > Forum Maintenance

Hello, thank you for the help. But, I have already tried this.
I have also manually deleted all the cache files through FTP.

I still can't figure this out!
