The file install-2.0.xml is missing from my aeva download

I am trying to figure out why aeva is throwing a Modification Parse Error for install-2.0.xml.

What i am finding out is there is a package-info.xml file that contains the names of two modification files. Those are install-both.xml and install-2.0.xml. The install-both.xml file exists. the insall-2.0.xml file is not  there.

Can anyone please tell me if that install-2.0.xml file should be in the aeva download tarfile? Or is that file generated at installation time?

All mod related files should be included in the original package. Doesn't matter which mod it is, or the file type.

Try re-downloading the package.

The install-2.0.xml file is in the Aeva.*.zip file but it is not in the temp file. Is the Aeva.zip file extracted in to the temp folder? This is a linux box.

If the Aeva.zip file is supposed to be extracted into the /temp file then someting is not right because the what I am seeing is that only some of the archive files have been unzipped. Some are missing.
