How to alter db language collation

I have tried a lot but i didn't find a very accurate solution to it. Anybody who understand phpMyAdmin, please help me, how to alter a database's language collation from latin1_swedish_ci to utf8_general_ci? thank you.

I responded to your other topic. The best and easiest way is to change the database collation to utf8_general_ci and recreate the tables.
