i deleted my theme

so, i installed a new theme and switched to it but the theme didnt work so i deleted from the directory(without changing my theme) now im stuck on a page that only says "Unable to load the 'html_above' template" how do i fix this and reset the theme.

add &theme=1 to your address line to switch to the default theme
