How to create Board / Group / Users and add users to board automatically?

Hi, I would like to automate this process:

create an (exclusive) Board BOARD_A,
create a Group GROUP_A
add access to BOARD_A only to GROUP_A
create some users
add these new users into that GROUP_A
add some already existing users into GROUP_A

I spent a few hours analyzing mysql.log for these actions but would like to ask, if
- anybody did this before and if I might benfit from it
- there is a good documentation on how to do this the right way ?
