Is it possible to convert from Smfforfree to these forums without loosing any topics or members.

This just totally sucks !

SMF for free can't get the servers to work.. Been down way too much. Time for a move, but looks like am going to loose two years worth of forum topics.. I am a bit bummed out ..

What kind of server does not offer database back backups, or the ability to transfer data ? At least via FTP ?

Seems more like they are doing everyting in their power to make it so we will find it more difficult to move because of all their server problems  rather than move.
