how to apply themes on forums

mr cool in look and layout you can only use the themes in that dropdown list.  If you want a theme added yo will need to speak to the owner of smfnew you can ask for a theme to installed on there own support forum:

That was quick. Not only do you now have a new theme installed but already customized.
