forum error log records

I just hope I am posting this in the right section, pls help!

when I log into my SMF 1.1.11 forum, and click on admin then forum error log, I discover this error log record which is unusual:

8: Undefined index: display_name_copyright
File: /home/newideaf/public_html/Themes/default/Register.template.php (before sub template - eval?)
