EDIT:  Well, forget that.  Now your CPanel page won't even come up.  If you can't access your CPanel, either, call your server and ask them if they can and, if not, why not?

Yes, but the panel cannot be accessed.  Try going to your CPanel link, yourself.  If you cannot access it, call your server and ask them if they can access it.  If they cannot, find out why.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

All I can tell you, Silencer, is that when I click on the link to your CPanel that you sent me last night (that ends with :2082) I get "Server Not Found".  I could click on it last night with no problems.  Today, this is what happens when I click on it.   And that's with any of several browsers.

I tried it on Firefox, Safari, Omniweb, Opera and Netscape.

The thing about all this is that not only does Silencer's forum (which is in its own folder) not come up, but his domain doesn't either.  His server is telling him that it's not their fault (but now his CPanel doesn't come up.)  I suppose it's still in his browser cache, which is why he can get the page to come up.   Last night, when I did get in to his CPanel, I noticed an index.php in his main root that just seemed odd to me, but I'm unable to access it now.
