And you uploaded repair_settings.php to your forums root and clicked all recommeded urls and paths?. If yes, idont know what else to suggest.

I can look at it by my self when i get home at eavning (about  8 hours) if you PM me FTP and Admin acces.

What do you mean with "clicked all recommeded urls and paths"

when you open that file in your site, there are blue urls. Click them all and save. That was my first suggestion to you. You sayd you did that
