things not showing for members

Hi following on from the server swap and upgrade to 2.0
we have simple portal installed and a shoutbox
admin can see everything fine
but.......
mods and users can't see it at all
the only thing they can see is
'shoutbox doesn't exist'

this is really weird and annoying

sorry managed to sort this is was in the permissions files
it is dif to 1.1 that i am used to
