Removing Blank Section Above the Header Logo ?

Hi. I have 2 issues :



1-) My friend had tried to place an advertisement above the header. The advertisement code was false, so the advertisement didn't run. So that, we decide to remove it. But still, there is a blank section above the header.

2-) Can I remove the white part from the logo ?

Can you help me to solve these problems ? Thank you so much, much appriciated.

Yes it can be removed we one have basic knowledge of CSS and html. Also we don't know which theme is this so can't help you much here, better ask for support section of theme you are using .
