Hi!
My site is www.face2game.com [nofollow], when I want to folow IP address of visitors on site, I got this message:
"500 Internal Server Eror
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.
"

Please help me with this.
Tnx in advance!

Is there an error listed in the smf error log or the server error log? If so can you please post them in your reply.
PM at your own risk, some I answer, if they are interesting, some I ignore.

When I go to Admin/Error Log, I got the same message:
"500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log."
...When I login in with the wrong password...again the same message. :(

Have you made any recent changes to any file permissions?

You should double-chek file permissions (chmod) on your forum, to see if there is some wrong set chmod out there.

Normally files would be set to 644 and folders to 755.  Also as was suggested, you may want to check the server error logs.  If you don't have access to them, then open a support ticket with your host letting them know about the error and asking for access to the error log in order to troubleshoot the problem.

Did this by chance happen when you were installing a mod? If so then were you using the ftp option in the package manager to set permissions on the files? If that is the case you may also want to check ownership of the files, reason being is that if the server is not config'ed correctly when smf run the chmod it would have been the last file operation handled, the apache user would have taken ownership at which point you would not be able to chmod the files back to anything other than what was set by smf and it would still show the same error, please check both chmod and chown via the file manager in your hosting cpanel.

Any update on this goxi?  Were you able to resolve this?  Did any of the above suggestions work?
