Help with an posting issues

When a user replies on a previous post their post goes on the top instead of the bottom of the previous post how can I fix that?

i think it is in theme member options

Administration Center » Themes and Layout » Member Options>> Show most recent posts at the top.

open drop down and make remove

NOTE: I am Not Confident About it. So once try it.. If  doesnot work .. Allow that option

You can also set that in your profile.

Profile>look and layout.

Uncheck "Show most recent posts at the top". (In my opinion, that should be the default)
