The way I have the PMs set up is Conversation mode and I have the option enabled to save sent items by default. It's vastly easier for me albeit more logical and I always have a record of what I have said to people in private.

Well, I'm getting database errors on some of the tables added when I try to check some of the boxes and modify.

The database value you're trying to insert does not exist: view_own_groups

Plus, as I'm looking at the options, it doesn't do exactly what I need.  If I checked "Edit Any" for a profile field, that means any member would be able to edit anyone's profile field for that selected one.   I need where only selected members can edit any, ie the permissions for groups from the original zip.

for now, i'll just go with the original zip, and the edits I made. it seemed to work how I needed it to.

Had to uninstall all of these version, and just got back to the regular SMF2 default options.     The first zip actually came the closest to what I needed, but was missing "Users can see, owner can edit" option. 

Oh well.  hope there are more updates.

Can be attributed only be allowed to see his thread in a section?
For example a profile permitted in a section that would allow the member seulemen see his thread, all others would not see him. (talk privately)

Dang, still no fixes, lol.  I guess that's the risk of getting a paid mod, that's never been user tested,  I suppose.

Did have a lot of promise to it, though
