Error: Connection status: 500

Hello. I'm having a little trouble here. I installed AJAX Chat © hxxp:blueimp.net [nonactive]. There seems to a bit a problem. I'm getting a "Error: Connection status: 500". I contacted my host and they don't know the problem either. I thought maybe it was the requirements the chat needed, but it seems that I have all the requirements needed to run it.

Does anyone know the problem here?

Just curious...

1) Why not use the Ajax chat mod, here: http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?action=search;basic_search=ajax+chat as it's designed for SMF?

2) Surely, if you got this thing from blueimp.net, wouldn't you be best asking them about this?
