Core paid subscription RC5: 3 payments completed, 2 'finished' 2005, 1 pending

Im on a shared plan at bluehost and 100% failure .... about 150++ paypal subscriptions and not 1 successful - all 2005 finished with a few having accept pending payment but everything has to be done manually and checked - extremely time wasting.

I have tax return to do for next week but when free time I will test a clean install - no mods, no nothing and see if that fails. On Bluehost and Hostmonster (same as BH I think). I dont have any other hosts but if that fails I will post it here and ask Bluehost support for an answer why... dont know if that will help. If no success I want to test a couple of other hosts .... probably the recommended ones here like GC hosting. I stuck with BH because we had a generous hourly email limit of 700+ (needed when event announcements sent out), and it is fast, support is generally good ... but all the hassle with subscriptions is killing me.

Though other bugs have been identified in my case this is 'solved'. Capitalized custom currency input does not work - must be lower case.

Japanese yen input for currency should be 'jpy', not 'JPY'.

FYI, several fixes to Paid Subs will be included in the next update (2.0.10), which should be released sooner rather than later (we hope).  Just finished testing the latest version.  Currency code and email addresses will no longer be case sensitive, there's an input field for primary email address so business accounts can use additional addresses, and Settings instructions have been updated.
