Disable Template Eval?

Ok, I must be losing my mind, because I am not seeing this option in SMF 2.0 RC5.  Thought it was within the Features and Options section.  Did something change for this in RC5?

It was in Features and Options if you used Disable Template Eval, because I hadn't figured out how to add it to Server Settings then...
