Which bit of the bottom (bearing in mind we don't speak Russian)? It looks like it IS the Users Online Today mod.

you can use version emulation to get it working, most mods have some comments in their support thread on how to get them working in later versions.

Try and install it, might work - its been a while since I used that mod. If all else fails under the advanced section of the package manager just use the emulate version option.
