[HowTo] Change user rank - Assign to Admin category

Im using SMF 2.0 RC5, I want to promote a user to Admin rank, but I cannot find the option of how to change user ranks, promote him to Mod or Admin.

users profile -> account settings>primary membergroup. In the drop-down select the group and save the page. if you want to add someone as local moderator you need to edit the board in the admin panel and add them there.
