Category Descriptions

I was wondering if there was any way of adding descriptions to certain categories like you do for each board?

Yes, I realise that. My question was more aimed at how it can be achieved rather then a straight forward yes-no answer ...

well it can be achieved by either making a database field for it, editing a bunch of files to configure that field, and then editing templates for it to show up, etc

or hardcoding into the templates themselves

I would recommend the latter for a quick job, or the former if you're an inspiring mod author
