Sorry, my mistake, I haven't set the right permissions for my moderators ;). Everything is working great now :). The setting that needs to be triggered in order for the moderators to be able to view IP addresses is in Admin --> Members --> Permissions --> General Permissions --> Moderator (Modify) --> Moderate the entire forum --> Moderate forum members (ticked). The same thing applies if you want your Local Moderators to be able to view other members IP addresses ;).
