How to put the Search bar in the Navigation Bar?

You mean centered between the menubar and the right edge?  That'll look crappy, because the width of the menubar is different if user is logged in or guest, so the search widget will change position.  It should be floated right, where it belongs.

No, I mean centered between the top and bottom of the navigation bar, keeping it to the right where it belongs.

It's centered vertically in my 2.0 install.  I'll take another look.

I see it centered in IE and FF, but not on your forum.  The formatting is in /css/index.css -
