getting non-English languages back after 1.14 --> 2.0 upgrade

I upgraded for the first time last night, from 1.14 to 2.0. Most things went OK. But today I got a message from a user who reads the board in Dutch. She can't get anything but English now. I looked at the unzipped package on my desktop, and saw only English in the themes folders. I think I remember some messages about obsolete language files when I ran the upgrader, but I was half asleep, and just hit "continue" at every opportunity. How can I restore the language options? I like your drop-down box of languages.

in the admin panel under languages you can install other langauges. also if you want the drop down you can look for it on the mod site it is not a default feature.
